With years of hands-on experience in the housekeeping industry, Felicity has worked with multiple cleaning companies and successfully managed operations within the field. As the operations manager and lead cleaner of Purely Polished Cleaning Co., she brings both expertise and heart into every home she services.

With a strong background in communications, scheduling, and computer management, Maylissa ensures seamless client experiences from booking to completion. Her attention to detail and organizational skills help create a dependable and stress-free process for every client.
