They also inquire about our satisfaction guarantee.
You do not have to be present during cleaning but we must have access to the home. We offer safe, coded key holding and alarm management if you need us to use a key or alarm code. Payments are due immediately after service is done. Deposits are required for some services. We do bring our own supplies but are willing to use yours or a certain product you want if you request. Pets are fine but we request they be secured during the cleaning. We do offer laundry and dishes services as add ons.

Booking a cleaning is easy! You can call or message us to schedule your service. We happily accept cash, credit/debit cards, and various digital payment methods for your convenience.
What important information or rules should customers know before Purely Polished comes to clean?
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy to ensure our team's schedule is respected. For certain services, a deposit may be required to secure your booking. We also love to capture before-and-after photos of our work to showcase our quality, and we would greatly appreciate your consent if you're willing. Rest assured, no identifying markers will ever be included in these photos.
Do you offer recurring cleanings?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right.
